Okay, first period, let's try this blog out! Let me know you're out there!
Here's a little challenge...write me a couple of sentences about your book and use at least one vocabulary word. For example, I am currently reading Give a Boy a Gun, a novel about a school shooting; the protagonists spend much of their school career fending off bullies, mostly athletes. This book makes me realize that teachers need to pay attention to conversations and behaviors at school and report questionable incidences to the authorities.
